APMGlobal Health is a social enterprise that works to improve the reach, quality and impact of HIV sexual and reproductive health and harm reduction programmes among marginalised populations. Our work is driven by a set of values that we use to guide decisions about what we do and where and how we work. APMG's work is focused across four domains: Key Populations and PLHIV, Health Access, Organisational Stability, and Critical Enablers. Key Populations include: People Living With HIV (PLHIV), Men Who Have Sex With Men (MSM), People Who Inject Drugs (PWID), and Sex Workers (SW). Promoting Health Access focuses on better access to a meaningful knowledge of HIV and sexual health status, improving HIV outcome along the prevention and treatment cascade, innovations in service access tracking such as Unique Identification Codes (UICs), improving supply and demand for high-quality services, procurement and supply management and service integration and collaboration. Community Organisational Stability involves designing and facilitating training programs and coaching and mentoring schemes, measurement of progress and outcomes, promoting strategic investment, and developing plain language guidance documents and tools. Critical Enablers include focussing on human rights, issues of gender and power and policy and law reform.
