Aisuluu Bolotbaeva


Aisuluu has worked on HIV and most-at-risk populations in Central Asia since 2001, particularly in funding and building capacity of civil society organisations to carry out prevention, treatment and care with drug users and sex workers, and to advocate for an enabling environment for work with most at risk populations (MARPs). Her previous employment includes UNDP Programme Manager, 'Support to the Government to Respond to HIV in the Kyrgyz Republic', Programme Director for Save the Children in Central Asia, and Public Health Programme Coordinator for Soros Foundation Kyrgyzstan. She has also been on the Steering Committees of Eurasian Harm Reduction Network and AIDS Action Europe and a Regional Advisory Group member for the Civil Society Action Team of International Council of AIDS Service Organizations (ICASO). Aisuluu Bolotbaeva is APMG’s Central Asia Regional Manager, working from our office in the Quality Health Care Project in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
